§ 119.08 TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANY, PROHIBITED CONDUCT.
   The holder of a license to engage in the business of operating a transportation network company shall not:
   (A)   Allow for the operation of any transportation network vehicle without first paying the applicable application fee in § 119.30 of this code.
   (B)   Allow a driver to operate a vehicle without a valid license issued by the City Clerk while active on the TNC dispatch system.
   (C)   Allow for a lapse in any insurance coverage requirements required in § 119.70.
   (D)   Allow a TNC endorsed driver to violate the operating regulations as identified in § 119.130 or any other section of this chapter.
   (E)   Fail to comply with the provisions within this title or all other applicable municipal rules, regulations, and ordinances including, but not limited to, those issued by the Planning and Community Development, Zoning, Health, Police and Fire Departments and the applicable statutes, rules and regulations of the state or its agencies
