§ 119.05 TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANY LICENSE, QUALIFICATIONS FOR LICENSE.
   In order to qualify for a transportation network company license, whether upon initial application or upon application for renewal of a license:
   (A)   An applicant shall be in compliance with all applicable municipal rules, regulations, and ordinances including, but not limited to, those issued by the Planning and Community Development, Zoning, Health, Police and Fire Departments and the applicable statutes, rules and regulations of the state or its agencies;
   (B)   An applicant shall have a place of business where records required by this chapter may be readily viewed and copied;
   (C)   With respect to any corporate or limited liability company applicant, the company shall be organized, registered, or qualified to do business under the laws of the State of New Hampshire;
   (D)   The applicant(s) shall be the true beneficial owner(s) of the TNC business to be licensed. The full legal names and addresses of all persons holding a 25% or greater beneficial interest in the business shall be provided on the application.
   (E)   The applicant's ability to provide lawful, safe, suitable and comfortable service and the applicant's ability to engage qualified transportation network company drivers and eligible transportation network company vehicles; and
   (F)   The applicant's ability to maintain mandated insurance for the payment of personal injury, death, property damage, and other claims associated with the operation of a TNC.
