§ 34.17 REQUESTS TO BE IN WRITING.
   All requests relative to the purchase or sale of city real estate shall be in writing addressed to either the Board of Mayor and Aldermen or the Committee on Lands and Buildings. All such communications shall be placed on the next aldermanic agenda for information purposes.
