§ 54.03 ADMINISTRATION.

The Director of the Department of Highways or his or her designee shall administer the provisions of this chapter and is hereby authorized to promulgate and amend such regulations as may be necessary and convenient to effectuate the purposes and enforce the requirements of this chapter.
