§ 52.15 CERTAIN ACCIDENTS NOT CITY’S RESPONSIBILITY.
   The city will not be held responsible for accidents resulting from insecure boilers or from variations in water pressure or the ram of the water from the mains or collapse from any cause whatsoever.
