§ 52.10 LOCATION OF STOP BOXES AND CUTOFFS.
   All stop boxes and cutoffs for controlling the supply of water to consumers shall be placed within the street line in the location designated by the Public Works Director. The top of all stop boxes shall conform to the surface of the sidewalk or contour of the ground.
