(A) Should it be desired to discontinue the use of water, a written notice (work order) thereof must be filed in the City Clerk’s office, and all charges, current and in arrears, paid. Water rates will continue to be charged even though the water is shut off.
(B) The Public Works Director shall turn off the water to such premises without charge. The owner or his or her agent may have service restored to the premises whether or not physical shut off was possible by written notice to the office of the City Clerk and payment of $15.
