§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation, who either directly or indirectly, or by his, her or its servant, agent or employee, shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment in the jail for not more than 12-1/2 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day of continuing violation of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense for purposes of the penalties prescribed by this section.
