§ 51.06 OWNER TO PROVIDE CONTAINERS, CONTAINER RACKS.
   The city shall provide garbage containers; 300-gallon garbage cans will be placed in the alleys to be used by those living in the area and 90-gallon garbage cans will be provided to residents that do not have an alley behind their residents.
