§ 51.05 MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS.
   (A)   The property owner’s choice to have the yearly garbage fees and assessments divided into 12 installments and paid monthly as of December 21, 2001, shall apply to all subsequent years.
   (B)   It is the owners of property receiving garbage collection services from the city shall be solely
responsible for the payment of all charges for garbage collection services.
