§ 50.01 OFFICER IN CHARGE; APPOINTMENT; ENFORCEMENT DUTY; POWER TO ARREST; TO DIRECT TIME AND PLACE OF DEPOSITION.

   (A)   The Public Works Director (PWD) of the city is oversees the city landfill and shall enforce the provisions of this chapter.

   (C)   No person shall convey any ashes, manure, garbage, junk or refuse matter to and upon the city dump ground unless he or she deposits or distributes the same at such dump ground in such manner and at such point thereon and during such hours of the day as may be directed by Public Works Director.
