(A) (1) Any person, persons, copartnership, firm, corporation or association guilty of violating any of the provisions of §§ 113.01 through 113.03 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in a sum not less than $50, nor more than $200, or be imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment; and every day that any such place or establishment mentioned in §§ 113.01 through 113.03 of this chapter is kept or run in violation of §§ 113.01 through 113.03 of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.

(2) All persons, corporations or associations who fail to pay for their licenses at the time and place specified, as per § 113.01 of this chapter, shall be subject to a fine of 10% of such license and, if continuing in the sale of beer without such license, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be fined in a sum of not less than $50, nor more than $300, or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period of not less than 30 days, nor more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

(B) (1) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 113.15 and 113.16 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $100, nor more than $200, or be imprisoned in the city or county jail for not less than 30 days, nor more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, and upon such conviction his or her license shall be immediately revoked.

(2) Any person, who has not been issued a license under §§ 113.15 and 113.16 of this chapter, who sells or keeps for sale any alcoholic liquor, within the corporate limits of the city, shall be guilty of a violation of 113.15 and 113.16 of this chapter and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $100, nor more than $200, or be imprisoned in the city or county jail for not less than 30, nor more than 90, days or both such fine and imprisonment.
