§ 157.11 JUDICIAL REVIEW.
   Any person aggrieved, or any taxpayer affected, by any decision of the Board of Adjustment, may appeal to the Court of the 17th Judicial District of Montana as provided in M.C.A. §§ 76-2-321 through 76-2-328.
