§ 156.130 YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Front yard. Any building or structure must be set back to legal property line.
   (B)   Side yard. Side yards abutting interior lot lines shall not be less than three feet unless Building Codes allow closer placement.
   (C)   Rear yard. Any building or structure must be at least ten feet from the rear property line.
