§ 156.126 PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES.

   The following uses are permitted within this district:

   (A)   Amusement centers, recreational facilities located in enclosed buildings;

   (B)   Apartments, located above the first floor;

   (C)   Auditoriums, theaters;

   (D)   Building materials and equipment sales;

   (E)   Clubs and lodges;

   (F)   Financial institutions;

   (G)   Funeral homes;

   (H)   Government, educational and institutional uses;

   (I)   Hotels, motels;

   (J)   Libraries;

   (K)   Medical and dentist offices, clinics and laboratories;

   (L)   Museums and art galleries;

   (M)   Nursing homes;

   (N)   Offices - professional, business, administrative, services;

   (O)   Parking areas;

   (P)   Police and fire stations;

   (Q)   Recreational facilities;

   (R)   Restaurants, taverns, nightclubs (but not drive-in eating establishments);

   (S)   Retail businesses or services, whose activities primarily are conducted within an enclosed building;

   (T)   Sales, service and repair - motor vehicles (including service stations); agricultural implements, equipment and materials;

   (U)   Senior citizen centers; and

   (V)   Other uses commensurate with the above uses and compatible with the purpose of this district.
