§ 156.081 LOT AREA AND WIDTH.
   Except for existing lots of record which, because of ownership, cannot be reassembled to conform to this requirement, the following lot areas and widths are required.
   (A)   Single-family dwelling. Each lot shall contain a minimum of 7,000 square feet, and be at least 50 feet wide.
   (B)   Two- or three-family dwellings. Each lot shall contain a minimum of 4,000 square feet per dwelling unit, and be at least 50 feet wide.
