§ 156.076 PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES.

   The following uses are permitted within this district; provided that, only one principal use or structure is allowed on a single lot:

   (A)   Boarding house;

   (B)   Church or any other place of worship;

   (C)   Funeral home/mortuary without crematorium;

   (D)   Hospital;

   (E)   Library; museum;

   (F)   Multiple-family dwelling;

   (G)   Nursing home;

   (H)   One-story professional office building;

   (I)   Park or recreation facility;

   (J)   Public or private school;

   (K)   Single-family residence; and

   (L)   Two- or three-family dwelling.
