The following signs are permitted in this district:
(A) For residential uses, non-illuminated signs less than six square feet in area; and
(B) For all other uses, non-illuminated signs, including bulletin boards at schools and churches, not exceeding 12 square feet in area; provided, the sign is located at least ten feet from any road right-of- way and does not obstruct traffic visibility.
