§ 156.061 BUILDING HEIGHT.
   (A)   Maximum height for all buildings and other structures shall be 24 feet.
   (B)   Maximum height for accessory buildings may not exceed one and one-half times the height of the primary dwelling, and shall not exceed 24 feet for single-family dwellings and two- or three-family dwellings containing only one story.
   (C)   (1)   Accessory buildings located on the same lot (not involving the conduct of a business) including two private garages, or community garage.
      (2)   Garages shall not exceed the following sizes for each lot:

      (3)   Accessory buildings must comply with all setback requirements.
   (D)   No former railcars, semi boxes, containers or corn-parables will be allowed for storage units.
   (E)   Garages must be new, permanent structures and shall have a dwelling located on lot(s).
   (F)   A maximum of two garages will be allowed, whether attached or detached.
