§ 30.12 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   (A)   At all meetings of the City Council, the order of business to be followed by the Mayor shall be as follows:
      (1)   Approve minutes of the last regular meeting and minutes of special or intervening meetings. Minutes will not be read out loud, and corrections shall be made, if necessary;
      (2)   Approval of the agenda;
      (3)   Review and approve payment of claims/payroll;
      (4)   Reports of standing committees;
      (5)   Reports of special committees;
      (6)   Presentations of petitions and communications;
      (7)   Public comment;
      (8)   Unfinished business;
      (9)   New business; and
      (10)   Other comments.
   (B)   For good cause, the Mayor may, upon motion and majority vote, change the order of business.
