§ 30.06 POWER TO GRANT PARDONS.
   The Mayor has power to grant pardons and remit fines and forfeitures for offenses against city ordinances when, in the Mayor’s judgment, public justice would be so served. The Mayor must report all pardons granted, with the reasons therefor, to the next City Council meeting.
