§ 152.017 CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS FOR CERTAIN STREETS.
   All sidewalks which may be ordered by the City Council shall be constructed under the supervision of the City Council, and out of concrete or cement material, and shall be of the width specified as follows:
   (A)   Streets running east and west.
      (1)   Main Street from the west line of Lot 26 to and including the west 100 feet of Lot 37 in Block one of the original townsite of the city as laid out by Elisha W. Tucker: ten feet wide;
      (2)   Front Street from the east line of Lot 7 in Block 3 of R.V. Tucker’s first addition to the city to Seventh Avenue: ten feet wide; and
      (3)   Cosner Street, from Fourth Avenue to Seventh: ten feet wide.
   (B)   Streets or avenues running north and south. Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Avenues from Front Street to Cosner Street: ten feet wide; and
   (C)   All other streets and avenues. All other streets and avenues: five feet wide.
