§ 152.016 COST ASSESSMENT.
   To defray the cost of constructing sidewalks and keeping the same in repair, the Council shall assess the entire cost thereof to the property in front of which the sidewalk is built. The property occupying a street corner is to be assessed for that part of the sidewalk which is within the street intersection.
