Not more than one trailer coach, motor home or camper may be parked, used and occupied on the premises of any dwelling; provided, the occupants of the trailer coach have free access to and the unlimited use of the sanitary facilities of the dwelling on said premises. A trailer coach, motor home or camper may be parked, used and occupied within city limits for no more than two weeks in a single year.
