§ 151.02 LICENSE APPLICATION; APPROVAL.
   (A)   Applications for a license shall be filed with and issued by the City Council through the office of the City Clerk. Applications shall be in writing signed by the applicant and shall contain the following:
      (1)   The name and address of the applicant;
      (2)   The location and legal description of the trailer coach or trailer park;
      (3)   Such further information as may be requested by the City Council to enable it to determine if the proposed location will comply with legal requirements, including a sketch or plot designating numbered trailer spaces; and
      (4)   No change or alteration in the plot plan shall be made without first making a written application for such change or alteration to the City Council and receiving a written permit therefrom.
   (B)   The City Council shall investigate the location and if it is found to be in compliance with all provisions of this chapter and all other applicable chapters or statutes, the application may be approved.
