§ 150.055 BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL AREAS.
   In business or commercial areas in the city, any buildings or structures to be built, erected, constructed or placed on lots or parcels of ground in such business or commercial area may be closer to the curb or curbline if approved by the Building Official and the City Council.
