(A) Factory-built buildings which are approved by the Department of Labor and Industry, Building Codes Bureau, shall be subject to inspection and fees under this subchapter only for purposes of compliance with zoning, utility connection and foundation requirements.
(B) Applications to the Building Official for erection of and utility connections for factory-built buildings shall be in accordance with the provisions of this chapter; provided, however, that, fees for building permits for and inspections of factory-built buildings shall be one-half of such fees for other buildings subject to this subchapter.
