The Building Official shall be the Building Inspector. The Building Official shall be a person with at least three years of experience in the building construction trade and shall have all of those powers and duties set forth in the current edition of the Building Code, as now existing or as may hereafter be amended and, to the extent possible, those powers and duties set forth in M.C.A. Title 50, Chapter 60, as now existing or as may hereafter be amended.
