(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) A conviction of a violation of § 134.02 of this chapter, or any part thereof, constitutes a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment in the city jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
