§ 132.04 TRANSPORTING INTOXICANTS UNLAWFUL; EXCEPTIONS.
   It is unlawful for any person to transport any intoxicants within the city, over its public thoroughfares and public places, unless the same is packaged in its original, unopened container and if any person transports intoxicants in other than original, unopened containers or packages, as aforesaid, the same is a nuisance and punishable as a nuisance.
