§ 132.03 DEPOSITING INTOXICANT CONTAINERS ON STREETS, SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person to deposit, dump, empty, place or throw any empty intoxicant container, bottle, can, case, carton, refuse matter or trash upon the sidewalks, streets, alleys and public places of the city, and the same is a nuisance and punishable as a nuisance.
