§ 132.02 DRINKING INTOXICANTS ON PUBLIC THOROUGHFARES PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person to drink intoxicants publicly upon the sidewalks, streets, alleys and public places of the city, and the same is a nuisance and punishable as a nuisance.
