§ 132.01 DRINKING INTOXICANTS IN VEHICLES PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person to drink intoxicants in any automobile or other vehicle while the same is being driven within or parked upon any of the streets, alleys and public places of the city, and the same is a nuisance and punishable as a nuisance.
