§ 130.02 AID TO AN OFFENSE.
   It is unlawful for any person, in any way or manner, to aid, abet, counsel, advise or encourage any other person in the commission of any of the acts mentioned in this title or, in any manner, encourage the commission of such offense defined in this title.
