§ 112.03 LICENSE; APPLICATION; FEE; EXPIRATION.
   Each peddler or hawker shall, before conducting any business as defined in § 112.01 of this chapter within the corporate limits of the city, make application to the City Clerk of the city for a license, which license, when issued, shall not be transferable, specifying in said application his or her name and residence, the number of days or the period of time he or she will be engaged in the city in the conduct of such business, the article or articles to be sold or offered for sale and the manner of conducting said business, and shall pay for said license $25 per year, or any part of a year, all licenses expiring on December 31 of each year.
