§ 11.15 STYLE.
   The style of ordinances shall be as follows:
   (A)   “BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Malta: ... ” and all ordinances passed by the Council shall be signed by the Mayor or presiding officer of the Council and attested to by the City Clerk-Treasurer and the corporate seal of the city affixed thereto, unless vetoed by the Mayor, as provided in this subchapter.
   (B)   All ordinances, bylaws and resolutions must be passed by the majority of the Council, approved by the Mayor or the person acting in his or her stead, and must be recorded in a book kept by the City Clerk-Treasurer, called “the ordinance book”, and numbered consecutively in the order they are passed or codified.
   (C)   No ordinance shall be passed containing more than one subject, which shall be clearly expressed in its title, except ordinances for the codification and revision of ordinances.
