§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and for each day of violation or failure to comply may be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
