(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) A violation of § 91.04 of this chapter is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500 and/or by imprisonment in the county jail for more than six months. Each day is a separate offense. The city may remove the offending vehicle at the owner’s expense. The city may also choose to enforce § 91.04 of this chapter by filing for injunctive relief in the District Court.

(C) Violations of §§ 91.05 through 91.10 shall be declared a public nuisance, and each day the civil infraction continues is deemed to be a separate and punishable civil offense. Violations shall be punishable by a civil penalty not to exceed $500. If the violation is an ongoing offense, the violation will be punishable by the addition civil penalty, not to exceed $50 per day for each additional day the violation continues.
(D) (1) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 91.25 through 91.28 of this chapter or who removes/defaces or destroys any card shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $200, and costs of prosecution for every card taken down or destroyed or for every day he or she knowingly violates said provisions, and the person so convicted may be committed to the jail of the county until such fine and costs are paid.

(E) (1) It is unlawful for any person or persons to commit a public nuisance within the city and any person or persons who are guilty of having committed a public nuisance within the city, per §§ 91.60 through 91.66 of this chapter, shall, on conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not less than $10, nor more than $100, and costs of prosecution.

(2) Any person or persons having been found guilty of creating, keeping or maintaining any nuisance, who neglects or fails to abate or remove such nuisance within 24 hours next after his or her conviction, for each 24 hours thereafter in which said nuisance is continued, shall be subject to a like penalty as originally prescribed.

(3) Any person or persons so offending, per § 91.63 of this chapter, shall be guilty of having committed a nuisance and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not less than $10 and not exceeding $100 and costs of prosecution.
