§ 91.45 DEFINITION.
   WEEDS, within the meaning of this subchapter, means and includes all vegetable growth that is unsightly, troublesome, useless or noxious. It includes all weeds and vegetable growth that have been declared noxious, destructive and detrimental to the agricultural interests.
