(A) It is unlawful for any person, within the developed city limits, to keep or maintain swine, cattle, horses, hooved animals or other large animals or raise fowl.

(B) (1) It is unlawful for any persons, family or group of people, or other entity in the same building, dwelling or business premises to keep, harbor or maintain in public views or audible range more than three dogs and/or three cats over the age of six months.
(2) This section does not apply to pet stores in the city limits if they are properly licensed.
