(A) No angle parking shall be permitted or allowed on any portion of North First Street East and North First Street West (U.S. Highway No. 2) and on any portion of Central Avenue (State Highway No. 191) in the city.

(B) The portion of Fifth Avenue, adjacent to the post office which shall be marked by the city police, by and with the consent of the City Council, by appropriate signs, is designated as a three-minute parking zone, and the city police are authorized, by and with the consent of the City Council and at its express direction, to establish other limited parking zones within the city, all of which shall be properly marked and identified and the limitation of time of parking expressly posted in each and all of said zones.

(C) (1) A two-hour limited parking area is created in the following described portion of the business district of the city, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., on Monday through Saturday of each week, both days inclusive:
(a) On that portion of both the east and west sides of Fifth Avenue lying between Front Street and Cosner Street;
(b) On that portion of both the east and west sides of Sixth Avenue lying between Front Street and Cosner Street;
(c) On that portion of both the north and south sides of Front Street lying between Fifth Avenue and Seventh Avenue; and
(d) On that portion of the south side of Front Street lying between Fourth Avenue and Fifth Avenue.
(2) It is unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to allow such vehicle to be parked in one and the same parking stall within the limited parking area defined in division (C)(1) above, continuously for more than two hours on the days and during the hours specified in division (C)(1) above.
(3) A violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, a fine in the sum of $2 shall be levied against the offender.

(D) (1) No vehicle shall be parked or left standing upon a city street or on city property for a period longer than five days.
(2) Any person or persons violating the provisions of division (D)(1) above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 or more than $300 or by imprisonment in the city jail for not less than five days or more than 90 days, or by both fine and imprisonment.
