A. Issuance By Environmental Health Director: The environmental health director may issue permits for open burning of construction, demolition, commercial and domestic waste by means other than a burn barrel. The environmental health director will determine a standard and procedure for issuance of burning permits.
B. Issuance By County Court: The county court or its designated representative may issue permits for open burning of domestic waste by means other than a burn barrel, land clearing and yard debris for a period not to exceed one year and subject to the limitations set out in this chapter and such other conditions the county may determine.
