6-10-5: HEARINGS BODY:
   A.   The following shall serve as hearings or review body for legislative changes in this order:
      1.   The planning commission.
      2.   The county court.
   B.   Any legislative change initiated by the county court shall be reviewed by the planning commission prior to action being taken by the county court. (Ord. 86, 12-7-1993)
