Fees for permits and activities related to Malheur County’s building program shall be printed in a resolution adopted by the Malheur County Court.
The value to be used in computing the building permit fee for new commercial construction shall be the value of all construction work including finish work, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, elevators, fire extinguishing systems and other permanent equipment.
The value to be utilized in computing the building permit fee for new residential construction shall be based on the square footage of the residence. (Ord. 153, 5-18-2005; amd. Ord. 224, 4-1-2020)
