4-1-6: CAMPING BY HOMELESS:
The provisions of ORS 203.079 are incorporated herein by reference. These provisions shall be implemented prior to removing homeless individuals from camping at Bully Creek Park during the season that the park is open for use by the public. (Ord. 110, 4-29-1997)
