A. Animal Restrictions:
1. No person shall bring, keep, maintain or allow livestock, including cattle, horses, pigs, sheep or goats.
2. No owner or person in control shall allow a dog to run at large. Dogs shall be on a leash.
B. Metal Detectors: No person shall use a metal detector without the park manager's permission.
C. Signs And Concessions:
1. It is a violation of this Chapter for any person to operate a concession, fixed or mobile; or solicit, sell or offer for sale any goods, wares, foods, liquids or services without the park manager's written permission and, if applicable, without a license from the Malheur County Environmental Health Officer.
