4-1-2: CLASS A INFRACTIONS:
   A.   Vehicle Restrictions:
      1.   No person shall operate any motorized vehicle except upon designated roadways and in the reservoir.
      2.   No person shall drive upon a roadway within Bully Creek Park in excess of ten (10) miles per hour.
      3.   No person shall park a motor vehicle, boat, trailer on the grass or other marked areas prohibiting the parking of vehicles.
   B.   Discharge Of Firearms/Possession Of Loaded Firearms: No person shall discharge a firearm, pellet gun, blow gun, crossbow, bow and arrow, or any weapon which acts by force of explosion. No person shall possess a loaded firearm. This subsection does not apply or affect:
      1.   A person discharging a firearm in the lawful defense of person or property;
      2.   A law enforcement officer in the performance of official duty; and
      3.   A member of the military in the performance of official duty.
   C.   Sale And Use Of Fireworks: No person shall sell or use fireworks. For purposes of this subsection, "fireworks" includes unclassified items exempt from the definition of "fireworks" in the Oregon Fireworks Law including sparklers, snakes, and smoke producing items.
   D.   Swimming And Boating: No person shall swim or water-ski from the boat moorage docks or in the area of the boat launch ramp and dock bounded by the shoreline, marked buoys parallel to the shoreline, by the swimming area and by marker buoys perpendicular to the shoreline.
   E.   Deposit Of Trash: No person shall discard any glass, cans or other trash, rubbish, debris, refuse or litter on land or water, other than in receptacles provided for the purpose of holding such trash, rubbish, debris or litter. There shall be no dumping of human waste or gray water tanks in the restroom sinks, toilets, urinals or fish cleaning facility. A dumping station for such items is available at the park entrance.
   F.   Park Hours: No person shall enter or remain in park area between posted closing and opening time, except where overnight camping is permitted.
   G.   Nonseason Use Prohibited: No person shall enter the park when the park is closed to the public from November 15 to April 15 of each year; and at such times as may be determined by the County Court, considering the weather conditions and other factors which may constitute a threat to the health, safety and welfare of the public.
   H.   Burning And Fires: It is a violation of this Chapter for any person to build a fire outside designated areas for fires, outside of a stove, fireplace, grill or fire ring; to leave a fire unattended; to fail to extinguish a fire before leaving the park area and failure to obey posted restrictions on fires during high fire hazard conditions.
   I.   Removal Of Trees, Shrubs, Flowers And Other Foliage: Except with permission from the park manager, no person shall sever, cut down, mutilate or remove any tree, timber, shrub or flowers from Bully Creek Park.
   J.   Continuous Overnight Camping: No person shall continuously camp at Bully Creek Park for longer than twenty (20) days without the permission of the park manager. No individual may designate Bully Creek Park as an address or receive mail at the park without the permission of the park manager. (Ord. 110, 4-29-1997)
