3-12-7: IMPROPER DESIGNATION:
In the event a person is improperly designated as a criminal gang affiliate, the sheriff may submit a special report to the district attorney requesting to rescind the designation. The district attorney will review the information submitted and if appropriate the district attorney will remove the designation. (Ord. 164, 2-21-2007)
