Any special event permit issued under this chapter shall be revoked or suspended if the permit holder violates any terms of the license or any other provisions of this chapter. Any violation of this chapter including failure to acquire a permit, shall be subject to a fine up to $250. Each day that a violation hereof exists shall be considered a separate offense. Each special event held in violation hereof shall be considered a separate offense.
