Depending on the scope and attendance of the event, the Village of Mahomet may require reimbursement of compensation for Police Department and public works staffing to be present at the function pending staff availability. The costs for police and public works services will be charged directly to the event organization and/or agency. The number of personnel necessary to staff the event will be based on the size and scope of the event. This determination will be made prior to the event by the Village Administrator. The applicant shall pay to the village prior to the event all fees and costs that can be determined prior to issuance of the permit and any balance within 30 days after the event.
